These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the AutoInvoice solution ("Solution") provided by ECS ("Provider") to the user ("User" or "You"). By accessing or using the Solution, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of this Agreement, You may not use the Solution.

1. Scope of Services:
   a. The Provider offers the Solution to facilitate the generation, transmission, and management of electronic invoices.
   b. The Solution includes features such as invoice creation, data validation, tax calculations, invoice delivery, tracking, archiving, and reporting.

2. User Responsibilities:
   a. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the Solution.
   b. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding electronic invoicing, tax obligations, and data privacy.
   c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring the security of your account.

3. Intellectual Property:
   a. The Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in the Solution, including any intellectual property rights.
   b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Solution without the Provider's prior written consent.

4. Data Privacy:
   a. The Provider will handle User data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
   b. The Provider may collect and process User data for the purpose of delivering and improving the Solution. By using the Solution, You consent to such data processing.

5. Limitation of Liability:
   a. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Solution.

6. Termination:
   a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.
   b. Upon termination, You will cease all use of the Solution, and the Provider may delete your account and related data.

7. Modifications:
   a. The Provider may revise these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated version on its website. Your continued use of the Solution after the changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
   b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

9. Entire Agreement:
   This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between You and the Provider regarding the use of the Solution and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
